High-performance filling and closing system for vials - unused, as good as new

This powerful filling, stopper inserting and flanging machine has never been put into operation and is in as good as new condition. It is ideal for the precise filling and secure closing of vials with an output of up to 12,500 objects per hour, depending on the medium and dosage.

Filling and closing process sequence
Feeding & filling: Vials are separated on a rotary table (Ø 80 cm), transported and filled with piston pumps using below-level filling. Pre- and post-gassing possible.
Stopper insert: 4-lane sorting machine with vibrating chutes ensures precise positioning and pressing in of the stoppers (pick-up process).
Flanging: Flip-off caps are fed in and securely closed with 6-position flanging rollers (individually adjustable contact pressure).
Output: Vials are processed directly or prepared for freeze-drying.
