This is a very robust machine that runs on air and 220V power—plug and play! Ideally suited for filling small batches. Only a very small compressor is required to operate the machine, and one can be supplied if desired. We recommend a minimum compressor size of 12L.

The filling machine comes with a 1000ml cylinder, allowing a maximum of 1000ml to be dispensed per cycle. By running multiple cycles, larger volumes can also be filled. For example, to fill 2500ml, you can run two cycles of 1250ml each. The smallest fill per stroke is 100ml, and any volume between 100ml and 1000ml can be achieved in a single cycle. We also offer models equipped with cylinders that can fill up to 5000ml per stroke.

Equipped with a suction hose, enabling the machine to draw product directly from a drum or IBC. The machine includes both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, continuous filling is possible, making it easy and efficient to process larger quantities. The foot pedal allows batch filling at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and the fill volume, the machine is capable of filling between 15-25 units per minute, making it very fast and efficient. The machine weighs approximately 15/20kg and can easily be placed on a table. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, this is a very high-quality machine.
