This TORNOS DECO 2000-10 was manufactured in 1999. It features a loading magazine with drum, integrated hydraulic unit, and supports both front and rear with a center height of 1100 mm. It includes a movable headstock, directional spindle stop, and cross slide with tool holders. Ideal for precision turning, it operates on AC drive motors with an absolute measuring system. 2017 overhauled and two further similar machines available (both overhauled 2018)Overhaul of 2017 machine:Standard overhaul package: Maintenance of Block III, cleaning, and recommissioning. Overhaul of the guide bushing and spindle overhaul of S1, S2, and S4. Replacement of all ball screws including bearings and the guides of all axes. Replacement of the cooling lubricant pump, all cooling lubricant lines, and the cooling lubricant sensor. Replacement of the scraper blades on the cross slides. Replacement of all pneumatic lines and valves. Replacement of the machine room light, transparent panels, external fan, fan cable, and keyboard. Additional options (special services): The guide bushing was completely replaced (not just overhauled). Installation of a new central lubrication system. Replacement of the bellows coupling, external encoders, and screen. Replacement of the control and amplifier fans. During commissioning, the “Spindle Positioning S4” option was also activated and the loading magazine was set up.
