Rational CMP 61

This combination oven from the manufacturer Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 5 x 1/1 Gastronorm shelves in electric version, allowing you to equip each rail with deeper GN containers. (It can also be converted to a 6-rail suspension rack).

This combi oven was mainly used for reheating packaged foods and is therefore in very well-maintained used condition.

The combi oven was manufactured in 2018.
The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.
The base frame shown in the pictures is not included in the offer but can be purchased separately as an option.
