Rational CMP 61

This combi steamer from the manufacturer Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 5 x 1/1 GN shelves in electric version, allowing you to load deeper GN containers per shelf. (It can also be retrofitted with a 6-level GN rack.)

This combi steamer was predominantly used only for reheating packaged foods and is therefore in a very well-maintained used condition.

The combi steamer is from year of manufacture 2018. The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully operational. The pictured base frame is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an option. The images shown are sample images; originals will follow shortly.
