Rational CMP 101 E

This Rational combi-steamer is a CombiMaster® Plus with 8 x 1/1 GN slots in electric version, allowing you to load each rack position with deep GN containers. (The unit can also be retrofitted for use with a 10-level support rack.)

This combi-steamer was mainly used for reheating packaged foods and is therefore in excellent used condition.

The unit was manufactured in 2017.

The device has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.
The stand shown in the photos is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an option.
