LASKA FZ 175

We offer the LASKA FZ 175 Emulsifier from 2016 – one of the most valued machines on the market for the production of high-quality stuffing, frankfurters, finely minced sausages and meat and vegetable emulsions. The machine is ideal for meat, poultry and fish processing plants, as well as for the production of ready meals, where a very fine product structure, stable emulsion and repeatable parameters are important. The LASKA FZ 175 emulsifier combines high performance (up to 5.5 t/h) with precise processing of the raw material.

The device is equipped with a perforated disc with a diameter of 175 mm and a set of 3 sieves and 3 cutting knives, which allows the degree of grinding to be perfectly matched to the product requirements. Available sieve and blade hole diameters: 2.6 mm, 1.5 mm and 0.8 mm – allow for the preparation of both delicate emulsions and fine stuffing. The cutting knife speed of 3600 rpm ensures very fast and even grinding. The standard motor power is 91 kW, with a power supply of 3×400 V, 50 Hz.
