The complete facade machine consists of three individual machines. 1. Coil coating: aluminum strip sheet 0.7 mm (coil), width 310 mm, is patterned > then cut/punched to a format of 970 x 310 mm. 2. A central and an end beading are pressed into the prefabricated sheet panel. 3. Finally, a cross beading is pressed into the thus prefabricated facade panel. Done! 4. Two machines cut dimensionally accurate blanks for window parts/sheet metal encapsulation; these are then simply edged to finish. System components: 1 electric motor (380V), PLC control, pneumatic punching and bending tools; only one person required for operation/production. Each facade panel measures 970 x 240 mm, 4.5 panels per m², very easy to install and repair, cost-effective suspended aluminum facade.
