ITF Wave 450

The Wave 450 parts cleaning unit is a very flexible vacuum assisted degreasing machine able to perform an high degree of parts decontamination.

All the operations such degreasing cycle as spray, immersion jets, ultrasonic, as well the distillation and filtration process and parts drying treatment are sequenced in automatic way and in a total vacuum ambient.
The Wave 450 machine can operate with: Modified Alcohol solvents (MA) / Hydrocarbons Class III (H-III) / Chlorinated (PER)
Those solvents are specifically used when the demand calls for a strong degreasing phase, evaporate completely without leaving debris residues on the processed parts.

Distillation
The distillation of the solvent enalble to maintain unchanged the degreasing power of the solvent. All our systems offer the double stage distiller as standard, guaranteeing the separation between solvent and oils, further expulsion of water takes place in the water separator.
PLC S7 and HMI 12" Siemens are a standard feature
The machine is compliant to Industry 4.0 and so Industry 5.0.
