ITF Satellite shot blasting

The described shot blasting machine is designed for the automatic blasting or peening with selected media shots in accordance to the final finishing result to achieve.
Part to be blasted will be positioned on suitable pieces’ holders that minimized the shadowing of the contact areas parts/jigs. The parts are inserted and extracted by an automatic cycle into the blasting/peening zones, by means of a step-by-step conveyor that can also operate in continuous mode.
The parts, after passing through a neutral zone, are blasted / peened in the subsequent zones, prior unloading the parts are also blown.

The system is equipped with one (1) loading/unloading position to allow easier loading/unloading during the process cycle
Once the piece has been loaded with operator or automation, the cycle starts and the conveyor process a step forward, allows the newly loaded piece to enter the cabin and the simultaneous arrival of an already processed part at the unloading station.

The machine works with masked times, therefore all the positions of the satellites equipping the conveyor are occupied in the cycle time, when fully operational.
In the inner positions of the cabin the satellites rotate, and the shooting guns jets the blasting/peening media with a correct impact angle as from appropiate design.
