The press frame is built from high-quality structural steel, engineered for enhanced rigidity and operational stability under heavy loads. The side beams are machined from a single solid piece, eliminating potential weak points caused by joints or welds. Strategically placed reinforcements minimize torsional deformation during pressing, ensuring the precise alignment and perpendicularity of all frame components.
This robust design not only enhances operational safety but also extends the lifespan of the equipment, even under continuous industrial use.
Efficient Hydraulic Pressing with Accurate Force Control
The system integrates 10 high-efficiency hydraulic cylinders (6 vertical, 4 horizontal) that apply uniform and controlled pressure across the entire surface of the frame. This ensures consistent joint compression and even adhesive distribution, eliminating gaps or weak spots.
Additionally, three frontal pressing systems guarantee correct contact between the workpiece and the pressing tables, optimizing positioning prior to clamping.
Modular pressing pistons with quick-lock mechanisms can be easily repositioned to suit the size and shape of the frame, enabling targeted pressure exactly where needed. This is especially beneficial for complex geometries or structurally sensitive zones.
Simplified Operation via Fully Automated Hydraulic System
Equipped with a high-capacity hydraulic pump, the press operates autonomously without requiring external pressure sources. Pressing functions and pressure adjustments are activated via intuitive electric controls, eliminating physical strain on the operator.
