The hydraulic unit is equipped with a hydraulic accumulator and a pressure switch, which allows the hydraulic pump to operate intermittently during the pressing time. The hydraulic accumulator ensures constant pressure, even when the pump is not in operation. When the pressure drops, the pump restarts and refills the accumulator.

Cycle Time: approximately 10 seconds.

All surfaces that come into contact with the adhesive are protected with polished stainless steel, making it easy to clean adhesive with water.

The press features two trolleys with pneumatic cylinders for the lateral alignment of the glued workpiece.
