Complete compact vertical packaging system including volumetric dosing unit, 1 cup, single bucket conveyor and outfeed conveyor. Suitable for granulate-type products such as sugar, rice, beans, nuts, etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with PLC (control via color touchscreen user interface, different languages available e.g. English, German etc. ),date printer, automatic program set-up, mark sensor registration control, quick change former assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor film pulling, double pulling possible, air exhausting device, supporting device of finished bags, hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (possibly additional costs for the PE unit). - Specifications of VFFS packaging machine: filling range: up to 5000ml; film width: max. 620mm; bag size (mm): min.-max. L(80-400)xW(180-300); max. speed of the machine in neutral: 45 cycles/min; stainless steel 304; 220V, 5kW; 6bar, 0.4m³/min; packaging machine dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1780x1850x1950mm; machine weight: 700kg. Capacity of dosing hopper is up to 50l. Single bucket conveyor has a material capacity up to 50l. The container is filled manually in the bottom position. In the top position it will be emptied automatically (complete cycle: 1 minute). - Specifications: height 3-5m; 220V, 1kW; stainless steel, dimensions: L1400xW700xH3500mm. Generally it has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements. Therefore deviations of shown specifications of modules are possible. The outfeed conveyor has a stainless steel 304 frame. - Specifications: conveying speed 30m/min; 220V, 0.55kW; conveyor dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230mm; weight: 80kg. Deviations possible. Total dimensions of complete system approximately L1780xW5100xH3500mm, depending on final layout. Generally the system has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements. Therefore deviations of shown specifications of modules and machines are possible.
