Complete compact vertical packaging system including auger dosing unit, screw conveyor and outfeed conveyor. Suitable for powdery products with a high or a low fluidity. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with PLC (control via color touchscreen user interface, different languages available e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program set-up, mark sensor registration control, quick change former assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor film pulling, double pulling possible, air expeller/exhausting device (expels air from the bag before closing – vacuum is not generated), supporting device of finished bags, euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (possibly additional costs for the PE unit). - Specifications of VFFS packaging machine: filling range: up to 5000ml; film width: max. 620mm; bag size (mm): min.-max. Screw conveyor for automatic transport of powdery materials to the auger filler. The vibration motor assured an evenly product flow. The outfeed conveyor has a stainless steel 304 frame. - Specifications: conveying speed 30m/min; 220V, 0.55kW; conveyor dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230mm; weight: 80kg. Total dimensions of complete system approximately L2980xW3650xH2600mm, depending on final layout. Generally the system has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements. Therefore deviations of shown specifications of modules and machines are possible.
