ZIM 18 ULTIMATE is a high-capacity, fully automatic concrete block machine designed for industrial-scale, non-stop production. Precision Engineering and High Efficiency

Capable of producing 18 hollow blocks per cycle and 1400–1600 pallets per 8-hour shift, ZIM 18 delivers consistent high-volume output. Its entire machine body is processed on CNC machining centers, ensuring perfect alignment, zero tolerance errors, and unmatched stability even under heavy workloads.



Advanced Mortar Feeding and Compaction Systems

The machine features a loadcell-based mortar monitoring system, enabling precise control over mortar flow. Its proportional mortar carriage includes a highly advanced agitator system, ensuring that the mold is filled evenly and quickly. Combined with a 4-point mold balancing system and an electronic mold stopper system, the machine guarantees uniform block density and superior surface quality on every press.



Fast and Automated Mold Change

The pneumatic mold connection system allows mold changes in less than 15 minutes. The machine body is separated from the press unit via rails, and automatic body height calibration eliminates any manual adjustments, minimizing downtime and operator intervention.



VIBROSTAR Oil-Bath Vibration Technology

ZIM 18 uses the VIBROSTAR oil-bath vibration system, designed for maximum cooling and continuous operation. With 6 shaft-connected vibration motors producing a total of 33 kW, the system ensures high-frequency, uniform compaction for exceptional block durability. This vibration unit, engineered with ZİM’s decades of expertise, is built to operate for years without malfunction, delivering unmatched performance and cost efficiency.
