This system operates in automatic mode. The transfer of pallets between production line and curing area is carried out by Finger Car. 1 operator supervises the production process via control panel equipped with 4 different monitor, pc system. Automation system software has user-friendly interface and can be translated into customer’s preferred language. Production line requires the construction of curing chambers with racks. Steam curing is recommended for working in one shift and is mandatory for working in two shifts.

Transfer of production pallets with green products to the curing chambers as well as the transfer of pallets with cured products to the cubing station is carried out by automatic pallet transport system known as Finger Car. Finger car consists of lower and upper electric trolleys, which move along a set of rails built perpendicularly to the concrete block production line. The upper trolley has steel forks for grabbing and holding pallets. It transfers concrete products to the curing chambers, going inside each chamber to place pallets with wet products on racks to cure. On its way back it takes a stack of pallets with cured products and loads it into the lowerator.
