We are a Polish manufacturer of machines and equipment for cutting and processing polyurethane foam with over 25 years of experience. For sale we have a brand new vertical automatic machine.
Model TYPE PPA.
The machine has a stable and massive steel structure, the moving element is the cutting body and sides, the machine tables are stationary.

The body and sides are driven by two reinforced toothed belts, which ensures backlash-free cutting in both directions.
Machine equipment:
-automatic, self-adjusting saw winding,
-airbag mounted on both tables of the machine for easy maneuvering of blocks,
-automatic knife guide (operating range from 250 mm to 1300 mm)

-automatic measurement of cutting length,
-saw sharpeners,
-stainless steel tops,
-bushings in the legs from the table for easy installation of the cutting saw,
-correction of cutting in two-sided cutting mode,
-cutting body based on linear bearings,
-both sides based on linear bearings.
Machine working data:
-cutting width to the right of the saw 1350 mm (2050 mm option)
-cutting width to the left of the saw 2050 mm (2500 mm option)
-cutting length 2200 mm (2500 mm option)
-cutting height 1300 mm
The machine is secured by a safety fence, in the place of loading and unloading installed safety curtains with ten links.
