Specifications of YM Chip Machining Machines
Machines have a fully steel frame, and the log loading unit is manufactured from high-strength, thick steel material to withstand impacts during loading. The log loading unit is 140 cm long and 60 cm wide. Movement is provided by a gearbox-driven chain system. Each roller reaches a rotational capacity of 3800 revolutions per minute using 7.5 kW (10 HP) motors and a V-belt system. The produced chips are discharged from the machine via a conveyor belt system. The quantity and quality of chips vary depending on the fill level of the log loading unit, the moisture level of the loaded logs, and the part structure. The cutting rollers are designed and manufactured to produce the highest quality chips with high efficiency.

The machine is controlled by a control panel independent of the main unit and is equipped with stop buttons for emergency use. These comprehensive features enable our machines to produce chips of the desired quality, quantity, and speed.
