XTON Smart Cleaner SC 1000

The XTON Smart Cleaner SC1000™ automatic basket washer is constructed from stainless steel AISI 304 and acid-resistant steel AISI 316. It is designed for use in various industrial and automotive applications. This washer is intended for degreasing and cleaning parts contaminated with oil or grease, without damaging the surface of the cleaned element. Cleaning efficiency is enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner BA, which, combined with the appropriate temperature and pressure, easily removes all types of dirt. The machine operates in a closed-loop system at temperatures up to 80°C. Standard equipment includes a rotating basket with a diameter of 100 cm and a 300-liter tank, which can be optionally thermally insulated to protect the heated fluid from cooling too quickly. The Smart Cleaner SC1000™ ensures high cleaning quality, time and energy savings, as well as safe and convenient operation. It is designed for automatically removing dirt from cast iron, aluminum, and steel surfaces. The design and construction of the Smart Cleaner SC1000™ adhere to the highest quality standards ISO 9001 and environmental standards ISO 14001.
