XTON Master Cleaner MC1500

Workshop Cabin Washer, constructed from stainless steel AISI 304 and acid-resistant steel AISI 316, designed for professional use in various industries and automotive applications.
It is used to remove heavy dirt without damaging the surface of the cleaned element.
Operates in a closed-loop system at temperatures up to 45°C. The working table width is 150 cm.
The washer is equipped with a 110-liter tank that can be optionally thermally insulated to prevent the heated fluid from cooling too quickly. Cleaning efficiency is enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner fluid, which, combined with the appropriate temperature and pressure from the spray gun nozzle, effortlessly removes all kinds of dirt. Standard equipment includes a high-pressure lance up to 140 bar, a compressed air gun, and a low-pressure overflow brush. The washer chamber is pneumatically lifted, with adjustable height, bright lighting, and air ventilation for the window to ensure user convenience. The design and construction of the Master Cleaner MC 1500 adhere to the highest quality standards, ISO 9001, and environmental protection standards, ISO 14001.

It is ideal for removing dirt from steel, cast iron, and aluminum surfaces.

The Master Cleaner MC1500 is equipped with a dedicated oil separator that effectively removes oil contaminants from the water in the washer’s tank.
