WEISS Powder applicator WPA 130/150-SL

In the Powder applicator it consists of a hopper and a vibrator feeder, that spreads out the granulate in an 130 cm and even coating
over the printed transfer paper on the under laying conveyer 140 cm wide net belt, 150 cm long.
The machine is height adjustable 88-100 cm and has the total length 150 cm.
The powder feeder as well as the conveyor are both individually adjustable for optimal processing.

Excess powder is effectively removed by a combination of airstreams, scatter mechanism and brushing.
The silent automatic self-cleaning filter system recycle the granulate back to the hopper for re-processing
and exhausts filtered air.
In order to minimise the influence of static electricity there is two antistatic bars across the conveyor.
