Weeke PROFI BHT 500

The PROFI BHT 500 drilling center is equipped with 2 upper tool heads.
Each head includes:
a) two sets of vertical drills with a 32mm spacing: 17 spindles in the Y-axis, 15 spindles in the X-axis, and an additional 4 horizontal spindles in the Y-axis.
b) an electric spindle unit with a power of 5kW and an ISO30 chuck.

The machine also features two horizontal drilling units, each consisting of: two units equipped with 9 spindles with a 32mm spacing, and 2 glue guns for applying adhesive and furniture dowels.

Belt conveyors at the infeed and outfeed points allow for manual loading of parts, and the machine can also be operated in a production line.
