Slicer Weber CCS 304
The fully automatic Weber CCS304 slicer has been specially developed for slicing large volumes of meat, poultry, fish, and cheese. The machine is suitable for processing both fresh and cooked products, making it an ideal solution for medium-sized to large-scale food processing operations.
Virtually all types of sausages and cheeses can be sliced without pre-freezing and arranged in either shingled (overlapped) or stacked portions. The slicer features a large product infeed with a maximum product length of up to 800 mm.
Equipped with a large 460 mm blade, the machine can process a wide variety of products at speeds of up to 400 slices per minute. The intuitive touchscreen control system allows operators to easily program multiple slicing programs, enabling fast and efficient product changeovers.
The machine is manufactured entirely from stainless steel.
