This continuous pressing system combines innovative pressing technology with user-friendly operation. The distinguishing features of this single-belt press include pneumatic belt tensioning, automatic belt adjustment, and high-pressure belt cleaning. The mash is evenly distributed onto the filter belt via the adjustable dosing hopper. At the end of the pressing process, the pomace is removed from the press belt by a scraper. When combined with our washing systems WALC and WAR65, the fill level of the dosing hopper is automatically monitored and controlled.
