CHP250 is an automatic machine for grinding the complete tooth geometry of carbide-tipped circular saw blades.

Version with two CNC axes and full enclosure.

CHP250
On the CHP250, two CNC axes control the bevel grinding and the grinding wheel infeed. This is a prerequisite for grinding any tooth geometry on the face or back in a single cycle. Central lubrication and an extraction system are included. An automatic band filter unit is provided for efficient coolant (oil or emulsion) cleaning.
