This automatic stretch wrapper with rotating turntable independently attaches the film to the pallet and cuts it after each wrapping cycle, unlike the semi-automatic KVK 3. Wrapping can conveniently be started by remote control—no need to get off the forklift or bend down to attach the film to the pallet.

The machine is also equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% elongation. This allows you to create up to 3.5 meters of wrapping film on the pallet from just 1 meter on the roll, greatly reducing your material consumption. Furthermore, the pre-stretch system applies minimal tension, so even lightweight goods remain stable and are not pulled from the turntable.

At a weight of 700 kg, this model is very stable and engineered to handle loads of up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic features a 1,650 mm diameter turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm high.

Adjustable turntable and film carriage speeds, along with a potentiometer-controlled power stretch unit, allow you to perfectly adapt the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. Program options include “up only” wrapping, “up & down” (cross-wrapping), and “waterproof” wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if required.

If you need to relocate the machine, it can easily be lifted and moved using cut-outs designed for forklift tines.

Options: In addition to a matching access ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic can also be optionally configured for wrapping heights up to 3,200 mm.

This model is our clear recommendation if you are wrapping very lightweight goods or need to stretch-wrap more than approximately 30 pallets per day, with automatic film application and cutting.
