Our ProfilineLP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees absolutely consistent results with up to 32 storable programs, thereby fully eliminating the “human factor.”
As space-saving as a pallet wrapper with a horseshoe turntable and as robust as a closed system – these are the advantages of this machine, put in a nutshell!
The electromagnetic brake allows you to precisely store the film tension for each program step (foot wrapping, upwards wrapping, head wrapping, downwards wrapping).
Within the parameters of each program, you can also adjust the speed of the film carriage and turntable. Head wraps, foot wraps, and film overlap at the pallet end can each be programmed individually. This way, you can store customized programs for every packing scheme to achieve optimal wrapping results. Programs can be password-protected so that operators can only select from pre-set programs.
Weighing 500 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1200 kg. Our Profiline LP comes with a 1650 mm turntable as standard and can wrap pallets up to 2500 mm in height. Automatic pallet detection (via photoelectric cell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps.
