Description:

Solid steel construction for high machine stability. Workpiece feed via sliding transport chain with plastic plates. Upper pressure fitted with two rows of rubber-coated rollers. Manual adjustment of upper pressure with automatic positioning of the units according to the changed workpiece thickness. Mechanical digital display of panel thickness. End trimming unit
With 1 saw blade for trimming front and rear edge overhangs at a 90° angle, flush to the workpiece. Trimming for the front and rear overhangs can be controlled individually as needed. Motor: 0.35 kW. Saw blade speed: 12,000 rpm.

Flush milling unit
With 2 motors for milling a radius or chamfer on the top, bottom, and/or front edge. Vertical and horizontal motor adjustment on hardened steel guide rails and ball bearings. Three manually adjustable positions for different edge thicknesses. Motor not tiltable. Unit complete with WIDIA cutting tools 2/3 mm. 2 motors, 0.55 kW each, 12,000 rpm.
