The heart of the system is the reliable VEMAG DP10E vacuum filler, which is characterized by its high throughput and gentle handling of the raw material. The second module – the advanced VEMAG LPG 208 Servo Length longitudinal twister and portioning machine – is responsible for extremely precise division of processed meats to the desired length and consistent weight.
