Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE:

The primary application is in the production of keyway grooves from 3-28 mm (and even larger) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving machine can therefore be successfully used in small, medium and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production.
The drive is via a reversible gearbox brake motor. The maintenance-free twin spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pulling point, as well as consistent cutting performance. The free tool table allows even large workpieces to be placed without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be rigidly clamped. Stroke adjustment is made by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other.

Broaching pins, mandrels and spare parts available upon request.
