TRUMPF TruLaser 5040 6kW Laser, manufactured in 2012 in Germany by TRUMPF Maschinen Grüsch AG. The machine has been continuously serviced, upgraded, and maintained throughout its entire operation period.

The TRUMPF TruLaser 5040 (L18) laser cutting machine is designed for precise cutting of sheet metal made from materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. Laser cutting is performed using a stable 6 kW laser beam generated by a high-efficiency resonator. A range of additional systems streamline the machining process while enhancing cutting quality.

The entire cutting process is fully automated, thanks to the automatic pallet changer system. This system enables simultaneous loading and unloading of workpieces during operation, thus increasing productivity and minimizing machine downtime. In September 2022, the complete set of quartz tubes, all internal optics, and the lamp were replaced. The external optics were cleaned and calibrated in September 2025. Filters and oils were changed according to TRUMPF’s recommendations. Once a year, the water was changed along with flushing the CU and AL circuits. All these procedures are documented with proper service reports. Both original lenses for both heads and an optics case are supplied with the machine.
