The TREPKO PKG 1 is equipped with a single stage of all station , the filling head are built to fill various products ie. Yoghurt, Cream, Sauces, Milk, Fruit pieces of 1 cm, Custard, Etc. The easy maintenance makes these machines highly recommended in production floors keeping productivity at a steady pace. Trepko cup fillers are mainly driven by a main motor converting the movement in an INDEX type gear box, signals for the air cylinders to take action on each station. The filling volumes depend on the clients needs, therefor these have a standard filling volume of 50-500 ml per cup, we can enlarge the filling volume by increasing the diameter of the filling cylinder on request. The machine was used for filling Cheese in small rectangular cups, in regards of change overs to 71,75,80,95 mm OUTSIDE DIAMETER Cups we can offer this service in-house.
