This offer is based on sale of a second hand CO2 liquefaction plant, installed in the Netherlands,
Waalwijk.

The purchase of this second hand unit includes:

- CO2 Liquefaction System, for 600 kg/hour

Currently, the CO2 liquefaction plant uses R404 (Freon) refrigerant. When the plant is dismantled,
this refrigerant can’t be used anymore because of a ban by the European Union of this kind of
refrigerant. The replacement is R449 refrigerant, and this refrigerant can be used in the EU and
Switzerland also. The impact on the capacity, when using this refrigerant, is expected to be around
10% (585 kg/h) of the maximum capacity (650 kg/h). If required, Bright will replace the safety
valves to be suited for this type of refrigerant.

The CO2 gas entering the CO2 liquefaction installation must have a dewpoint temperature of -20°C.
