heavy stamping die with electric coupling, electrical system completely renewed around 2019, original year of manufacture 1973; mechanically completely overhauled in 2015, moving die resurfaced, die and gear pins replaced with new pins with significantly higher mechanical strength than the originals, as well as the bronze bearings now made from material grade 2.1061 DIN 1705; this material is extremely wear-resistant with the addition of Pb (lead) for improved performance and good emergency running properties (i.e., no lubrication required), stamping plate 144 x 104 cm, thickness 5mm. Electrically upgraded with PILZ safety relays for each channel, motorized clamping of the stamping die. Safety bars have been extended and made more robust compared to the original design, 350 tons of pressure.
