7-colour-machine, stand model, electro pneumatic control, closed ink system, equipped with additional cylinders for each pad, ink cup ø: 90mm, cliché size: 7x100x250mm, with servo controlled sliding table, which is height adjustable via spindle, touchscreen display with various special functions (for example function for multiple printing, individually controlled printing pads, adjustable insertion position), with cleaning tape between clichés and servo shuttle, pad movement: front/rear by servo motor, up/down by pneumatic cylinder, pad pressure 168kgs when 6bar, power supply: 230V, 50Hz, compressed air 6bar necessary.
Sturdy housing made of aluminium cast, electro-pneumatic control, incl. touch screen display with modern microprocessor control, optional signal outputs for connection of peripherals. Stand models with sturdy torsion-resistant support made of steel plate with an extended downward adjustment of the feeding table for positioning of higher objects. European/Japanese pneumatic elements, silent running by airborne sound absorbers, pad pressure adjustable via display, closed ink system with register pins for magnetic fastening, ink cups with ceramic rings, contact pressure adjustable via magnetic adjustment. All machines are equipped with safety glass at the sides as well as with emergency switch and foot switch.
