Thermopers TO6

Used THERMOPERS, model TO6 the compact plastic waste baler for soft thermoplastics, such as wrapping and shrink films, and to process it into bales.

The Thermopers is the solution to handle the plastic waste stream efficiently.
The material can be loaded into the Thermopers directly. When the Thermopers is full it can be closed and started, the rest of the process is fully automatic and silent.
The inserted material is compressed and sealed into an easy-to-handle package of approximately 5 kg.

Characteristics
The volume of the plastic films is reduced by 90% with the Thermopers.
Thanks to the compact size of the Thermopers and the connection to a standard 230 Volt socket, the machine is easy to apply everywhere.
The Thermopers is easy to operate and the status of the compaction process is clearly displayed by LED indication.
The drive of the Thermopers is fully electric and low in maintenance.
The size of a package is 60 x 30 x 10 cm and has a weight of approximately 5 kg.
Operation
The plastic waste material can easily be loaded into the machine via the insertion valve. When the machine is fully loaded, the insertion valve is closed and the machine is started. The plastic material is compressed by a combination of pressing and heating, whereby the outside of the plastic material is sealed around the package as a mantle.

Thereafter the package is cooled, and the pressing mechanism will return.
When ready, the machine gives an audio signal and the compacted package can be removed. After this the machine can be used again instantly.
