Basic information:
Teximp Universal Robot Cell is an all inclusive robotic automation solution for your CNC machine. The URC-35P is based on Fanuc M-20iD/35 robot arm adapted for handling pallets or vises.
It consists of:

2) Loader Table:
Compact but heavy loader table with front entrance.

3) Pallet Rack
The URC-35 Palletizing cell can be equipped with 1 or 2 large-capacity racks with 42 pockets.

4) Vices & Zero-point clamping system
The system is designed for:
- Lang Vices (not included in price)
- Lang Zero-Point clamping system (not included in price)
- Note: it can also be implemented to work with pallets instead of vices (not included in price)

5) Safety Options:

6) Interface to the Haas machines
Teximp Robot Interface includes all needed to connect the URC to any Haas machine. Support Haas Mill and Lathe machines, with NGC and CHC control. (If your machine is not Haas, we can adjust robot-machine interface. Note: this will be additionally charged)

7) Gripper Configuration
The Teximp Gripper Interface includes everything needed for gripping the vices

8) Automatic Door system
URC-35 Palletizing can be equipped with a pneumatic auto door (PAD) for selected Haas machines. Available PAD models include:

b) PAD-HaasVF-side
c) Can be made for other machines (not included in price)

9) Programming Option (HMI)
Enables intuitive interaction with Teximp robotic systems through a visual interface, facilitating configuration, monitoring, and optimization of operations. It allows operators to program quickly and easily, without the need for Fanuc programming knowledge.

Important Note: Operators can easily assign different .nc machining program to each Vise via HMI, robot calls assigned program on CNC machine by scanning QR code on each vise!
