Revision includes the following work:

- Replacing the HARDOX carriage guides
- Replacing the carbon guides on the blade carriage
- Installation of new knife seats top/bottom
- Installation of new blades and screws top/bottom
- Welding on the worn parts in the scissor mouth

- Dismantling of both covers, fitting new hinges, fitting new shafts, reassembly
- Overhaul of all 4 HPR 160D pumps at LINDE Poland
- Sealing the valves on the left/right valve bank
- Installation of new piston rod feed (180 x 8.29 m)
- Installation of new feed guide bushes incl. sealing package
- Overlay welding of feed block and hold-down device, followed by milling to size
- Inspection of side cylinders, in some cases installation of new seal packs, if required
- Replacing piston rods and honing pipes
- General repair work on hydraulic pipes, clamps, in some cases
- Replacement of damaged hoses
- General repair work on structure, covers and platform construction
- Repainting of the system
- Steel frame for mounting the machine

Ready for immediate use. Available from December 2024 with repainting
