Tacchella Proflex 3 C1 LR/R-B

For sale: 4 x Tacchella PROFLEX C3 / PROFLEX 3 C1 LR/R-B CNC external/internal cylindrical grinding machines.

All four machines are from the year 2023 and are equipped with Siemens SINUMERIK ONE CNC controls.

They feature hydrostatic guides, a CNC B-axis, an LR/R-B grinding head configuration, Marposs measuring/process monitoring, AE gap crash monitoring, grinding wheel balancing system, workpiece spindle, tailstock, external and internal cylindrical grinding capabilities, and automatic workpiece handling.
The machines are designed for medium to large-sized workpieces. According to the PROFLEX C3 parameters, the maximum grinding diameter is up to 600 mm, the maximum workpiece weight between centers is up to 400 kg, the distance between centers is 800 – 2,100 mm, and the maximum grinding length is 400 – 1,600 mm.
