Sys Tec IT3000 Industrial Weighing Terminal

Universal industrial weighing terminal for integration into Ethernet networks.

It includes the proven, configurable standard weighing programs:

· BASIC for simple weighing systems
· COUNT for piece counting
· CHECK for simple check weighing
· FILL for simple filling systems
· ONLINE for simple weighing systems
· TRUCK/ONLINE for vehicle weighing systems with online PC connection.

Parameter settings can be made from the PC via the IT3000 Configurator or directly over the network using a web browser.

After each weighing, weight, date, time, and the entered data can be saved directly to a file on the PC hard drive via Ethernet.
No special PC software is required for this.

In ONLINE mode, the IT3000 can be remotely controlled from the PC via the Ethernet interface.
The command range includes weight query, tare, zeroing, and dialog functions.
Any overload of the scale and other faults are stored in an error table with date and time and can be viewed via a web browser.
With integrated, calibratable weight memory,
optionally with calibratable weight memory on the PC hard drive.

Operation
User guidance via a 20-digit backlit plain text display, data entry via numeric and function keys under acid-resistant film.

Weighing electronics
Integrated measuring amplifier for connecting up to 8 x 350 Ohm strain gauge load cells, 4- and 6-wire technology.
Calibration as a single-range or multi-range scale, and as a single- or multi-division scale.
Calibratable resolution 6,000d at max. 80% pre-load, internally 524,000d.
50 filtered measurements / second.
Calibration can be performed either on the IT3000 via display/keyboard or via the Ethernet interface.

Ethernet interface
Integrated Ethernet interface, RJ45 with adjustable IP address for 10/100BASE-T networks.
Configuration with PC software 'EtherPort Tool' via the network.

Security
Data stored safely in case of network failure
Password protection.

Interfaces
One serial interface as an option
(selectable RS232, RS485 or 20mA CL passive) for connecting a printer, remote display or reference scale.
Digital inputs and outputs
PIM module with 2 digital 24V inputs and 2 digital 24V outputs as an option.
