SWAH LCP-01

A high-performance, automated production line for the manufacturing of rectangular ductwork. The SWAH LCP-01 is a robust European system designed to transform coil material into finished, reinforced rectangular duct sections with maximum efficiency.
This line is a complete system, including:
• 4 Decoilers Station: To hold and feed heavy sheet metal coils (allowing for quick changes between different material thicknesses or widths).
• Straightening & Leveling Unit: Ensures the sheet metal is perfectly flat before processing.
• Beading/Stiffening Station: Automatically forms longitudinal stiffening ribs (V-profile) to ensure the structural integrity of the rectangular ducts.
• Automated Notching & Cutting: High-precision hydraulic system for cutting to the exact programmed length.
• Folding/Bending: Processes the material for easy "L" or "U" shape formation or full duct sections.
