SW BAW06-22 CNC horizontal twin-spindle machining center, manufactured in 2018.

The machine is designed for highly productive simultaneous machining with two horizontal machining spindles. Equipped with Siemens SINUMERIK CNC control, HSK-A63 spindle interface, high-speed spindles up to 17,500 rpm, automatic tool changing system and NC-controlled rotary/swivel workholding.

The machine is integrated into an automated production cell with industrial robot for automatic workpiece loading and unloading.

The machine is additionally equipped with a KNOLL coolant filtration system, high-pressure coolant supply, chip management system and complete safety guarding.
