This high-precision twin-spindle machining center from the SW series is designed for maximum productivity in mass production, especially in the automotive and supplier industries. The machine features two symmetrically arranged motor spindles, a twin NC rotary carrier, and two direct drive rotary tables, enabling simultaneous 5-axis machining and parallel metal cutting operations.
Equipped with a Siemens 840D sl CNC control, minimum quantity lubrication, high-dynamic feed drives, and an 84-position tool magazine, the system provides dynamic, precise, and energy-efficient machining processes. The compact design and pick-up capable tool system ensure short chip-to-chip times and high machine availability.
This machine is ideal for demanding precision machining tasks such as housings, structural components, gear parts, and components made from aluminum, cast iron, and steel in high-volume production.
