Description:
- Semi-automatic portal nailing machine for the production of various types of pallets & crate parts.
- A flexibly adjustable clamping system or a wooden wall for templates are available for inserting loose blocks and boards to minimize changeover times.
- Divided into two work areas, the machine operator always works alternately on the left or right side of the machine.
- The nailing bridge is equipped with up to 8 nailing devices with jumbo coil nails (approx. 8000 nails). By controlling the nailing devices together, this machine offers very short production times and therefore high throughputs.
- Machine operation and programming of new pallet types are carried out via a touch display. Existing programs can be recalled from the memory at any time. No manual movement required to teach in the nailing points!
