Works like a classic hand bender, but driven, very precise and programmable. Incl. stop manual or programmable CNC stop 1, 2 or 3m.

The bending angles as well as the stop positions are digitally programmable and can be stored in bending programs.

The standard tooling is made by simple bending pins. A driver bends the material around these bending pins. These tools can also be manufactured very easily by the customer.
In addition to the standard bending bolts, we (or our customers themselves) also manufacture tools for other sections.

Possible are sheet metal bending, flat steel, round steel, various profiles, frames etc..
Bending jaws can also be screwed on, which allows bending of very small radii. (similar to a hand bending machine)
