Slotting Machine STANKO 7M430

The STANKO model 7M430 is a heavy-duty vertical slotting machine, designed for machining internal keyways, slots, internal splines, and profiled surfaces in large and heavy workpieces. Manufactured in 1972, this machine is intended for industrial applications requiring robust construction, high rigidity, and reliable operation.

The machine is equipped with a rotary worktable with a diameter of 630 mm, allowing flexible positioning of workpieces. The maximum stroke length of the ram is 320 mm (minimum stroke 120 mm), providing a wide working range for various slotting operations. The slotting head can be swivelled ±10°, enabling angular machining and increased versatility.

Feeds along the X- and Y-axes are adjustable in the range of 0.2 to 2.4 mm per double stroke, while the rotary feed of the table can be set from 0.1 to 1.4°, ensuring precise control of cutting parameters. The maximum permissible table load is 3000 kg, making the machine suitable for large and heavy components.

The distance from the table surface to the chisel guides is 500 mm, and the machine offers generous table travels: 650 mm longitudinal, 500 mm transverse, with 360° table rotation. The drive motor has a power rating of 10 kW, providing sufficient cutting force for demanding machining tasks.

With overall dimensions of approximately 2650 × 1810 × 2890 mm and a total weight of about 5200 kg, the STANKO 7M430 features a rigid cast-iron construction that ensures excellent vibration damping and long-term stability.
