Cream cooker "Creamco" with 80 litre bowl, demonstration model (year of manufacture 2024) with warranty, almost as good as new, only used for demonstration purposes, for puddings, batters, creams, fillings, cooked and boiled items and much more, with multi-walled stainless steel container, easy (tool-free) removal of stirring tool including plastic scrapers, digital thermostat and timer.

Mobile machine, made entirely of stainless steel, with triple wall for optimum heat insulation and even heat distribution, including side and bottom scrapers. Includes removable lid with separately closable filling opening. Also perfect for making or preparing sensitive products such as choux pastry, baking cream, chocolate, fondant, fruit jam, coatings, fillings, and similar products that require even heating and mixing/stirring. There are 2 stirring speeds to choose from, as well as stirring without heating, e.g. for pre-mixing ingredients or cooling.

Manual or automatic operation via digital thermostat and timer. The kettle can be easily tilted using a crank handle to remove the product, even by more than 90 degrees, making cleaning relatively easy.
