SIMPEC und Blue Water Plants SIMPEC RO Double Pass 8000 + Evaporator

Industrial plant for the treatment and concentration of process water as well as for nutrient recovery.

The plant combines a double-pass reverse osmosis (RO) system with a thermal evaporator unit and was originally developed for biogas production to recover ammonium-containing fertilizer from process water and digestate.

The plant was never commissioned due to the operator's insolvency and is in a preserved condition.

The system is suitable for operators from the industrial, environmental technology, or agricultural sectors who are looking for a rapidly available solution for water treatment, ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge), or nutrient recovery.
