Manual PVC powder coating line for 3D fence panels ( NEVER USED )

PVC coating line is semi-automatic. Need 2-3 workers.
Capacity of furnace – 10 pieces of 3D fence panels...baking time approx. 15 minutes ( with color of manufacturer IGP ). Of course baking time depends of color quality and chemical composition of color.

The line is made on a modular system, which means that it can be installed in several ways, according to the possibilities of free space in the factory.

Dimensions of line components -

1. Polymerization furnace – 2.500 x 3.500 ; Height – 3.200 mm
2. Painting booth ( 2 pieces ) - 3.000 x 2.000 ; Height – 3.200 mm
3. Washing chamber - 2.200 x 3.500 ; Height – 3.200 mm
4. Bath - 2.500 x 2.500 - Height – 900 mm
plus two new Gamma pistols.
