The two-layer blow molding machine is a new generation of plastic extrusion blow molding equipment. It is mainly used for molding kayaks, canoes, surfboards, and other large hollow plastic products.

The machine uses a motor designed to deliver high torque and sufficient power for material cutting. The molten plastic is extruded into a storage die head. When the material reaches the preset volume, the wall-thickness control system continuously adjusts the opening ratio.
The extruded material is formed into a parison, which is then molded into the final product.
