Scheugenpflug

The Scheugenpflug dosing system K06399 is a stand-alone dosing machine.
The unit is specifically configured to dispense DOWSIL 744 from a 20 kg Hobbock.
It features the following axes: X, Y, Z, needle pivotable 45°, carrier rotatable with a lift/rotate unit.

A needle cleaning and measuring station is included.
The Bosch conveyor belt for the carriers has a fixed width of 400 mm (non-adjustable).

Please note: originally, the unit was equipped with inlet and outlet buffers—these components are no longer present, the pictures only illustrate them for reference.
